Appearance
- Previews show your character as it is, with every other choice matching
- Head options are framed on the face; hair, ears, earrings and piercings a little turned
- Hair styles show down to the shoulders; tall styles fit
- Colours as two-tone swatches: skin, hair, eyes, horns, feathers, jewellery, paint and tattoos
- Markings, face paint and tattoos shown as their pattern
- Previews are drawn in the background while the Appearance tab is open
- Appearance lists are a 3-across grid
- Body type, Feathers and other two-way options switch with a click
- Duplicate choices left out (Classic Undead listed its skins twice)
- Placeholder names like "New 28" shown as numbers
- An open list follows a change of race or body type
Characters
- Any race can be picked; the class follows if the race can't play it
- The Skyborne switch the character to Forever

Wardrobe and Gear Journey
- Wardrobe and Gear Journey buttons in the viewer's corners
- Appearance, Gear and Scene as tabs under the Wardrobe title
- Gear changes inside an outfit; with none worn, pick or make one first
- Gear a game doesn't have shows as an error in its row
- The character's name in its class colour
- Mouse controls and Reset in the viewer's corner
- Share link in the ⋯ menu, with a picture of the look
- Filters show what's picked again
Characters
- A new character is made beside a live model, in its race's home
- New characters start in their class's starting gear, Forever's new pairings too
- Dwarf Shaman in Forever
- Smoother model changes: the backdrop and ground fade instead of jumping
- Portraits held still, on the character's backdrop, weapons sheathed
- A first visit asks whether you use Gear Journey
Gear Journey import
- Choose your WTF folder to import every character at once
- Characters with the same first name are kept apart
- Older addon files in the same folder no longer remove transmog
- Imported characters get their race's backdrop
- Now: the character as they are, beside their level pages
- Works with Classic Era and TBC Anniversary
Battle.net
- Only characters Battle.net shares gear for are offered
- Synced time and a Sync button on the Battle.net outfit
